İzmir Culture and Arts Factory, which was the biggest building at the exact center of the historical Alsancak Tekel Factory, was used as the production center, after careful and faithful restoration and renovation works, it was rearranged as İCAF - Archaeology and Ethnograpy Museum.
Of the two storey, 7240 square meter building, archaeological works are exhibited on the ground and first floor and ethnographic works are exhibited on the second floor. Along with gold, metal, marble, terracotta, stone and glass works from the area, historical textiles and headscarfs are also exhibited.
